Frozen

Up early ( for us) to take granddaughter Jennie to work,as she had been staying over.
Saturday job,and she starts at 8.30am

Called at the village pond before going to the farm shop.
I thought I would take a picture of the ducks skating on the ice.
I wasn’t surprised to see it frozen over, but was surprised to find the ducks had all vanished!
Usually the ice has been broken at the edge, and a man who lives nearby puts food out for them.
So not sure what has happened.
Will may be go back to tomorrow to have a closer look.

After another cold night we have a sunny day, with blue sky.
The frost has now melted and the sun coming through the windows makes the lounge feel warm even with no heating on.
