Reminder

Don't leave blip till the end of a sunny day. I have spent one and a half days with an outdoor painting project using a well known metal paint which instructs not to thin the paint. At 0 degrees C the said paint thickens to a glue-like substance and the brush becomes a trowel. eventually it dawned on me that if the paint was warmed it would become almost fluid, messy but job done, ( sat the tin in hot water at regular intervals). I had to get it done 'cos it may rain tomorrow
So that was my silly weekend. The Chaffinch was not silly.
