St Apolline

This morning we were in the west of the island and passed by the little Chapel of St Apolline. The blue sky and clouds looked so striking with the tiny church in the foreground.
St Apolline has seating for 14 worshippers and was built in the 14th century. It is open every day for worship and reflection.

We have so far escaped the snow although the wind that blew in off the sea today could only be described as bitterly cold! The dog walk was swift and the speed at which they jumped back into the car showed us that they were sated!
