Townsend’s warbler

It was worth getting up at the crack of dawn and hanging around the Trenton Sewage Ponds this morning. Found the beautiful Townsend’s warbler. This is a bird that spends winters along the Pacific coast states, so it was a real treat to find it in New Jersey.
