Baby its cold outside.

Its just not fair - still having to go out in the wind and rain to pee when there is a perfectly good piddle pad to use indoors!!!

Or maybe  I should start shredding the piddle pads if I can't use them!!

Mummy had to wrap me up in her warm jumper after going outside as I was very cold and wet and started shaking. I sure know how to get my own way!!!
