Mono Monday - Isolation

Very few people braving the driving rain on the Southbank of the River Thames this dark morning.  Dark grey clouds obscuring any chance of light from the rising sun.

It is a strangely solitary walk in the winter with coats zipped up tight and hoods up, most people have headphones in and are isolated in their need to keep the wind and the rain outside.

I am pleased to have a reason to stop and take in the beauty of the scene and capture a moment to share.
