Great start to the day

Misty, mysterious and downright lovely at the lake this morning as the sun rose over Mont Blanc. Lots of doggy mates for Koj to play with as I practised my French with their owners. Everyone is so patient with my efforts. A ski around in the sunshine with a lady I met on the chair life who runs a vegan animal refuge where they rescue farm animals when the farmer has had a change of heart. Mainly happens with pigs, apparently. And now Koj and I are sprawled on the sofa after our afternoon walk.
