Good day at work. 

Had a meeting about mental health and welfare (one of the projects I've been given). It's a subject close to my heart and I'm excited to be involved with it. The meeting was very postive and I came away with lots to think about and get my teeth into before we meet again. I'm hoping we can overcome the expected cynicism and negativity if/when we try to introduce things and are able to reach the people who will benefit from what we're trying to do. Some people just seem to want any positive action to fail.
