Home made pasta. So easy to make: just some 00 Flour, egg, salt and water.I usually make it a day before and let it rest in the fridge. Today I rolled and cut it in tagliatelle. Now it needs just some sauce. The pasta cooks in just 5-6 minutes and is silky smooth. So much better than what you get from the supermarket. We're going to enjoy our meal tonight.
