A better day...

A much better day today, both in terms of the weather and my back.

I didn't mention the back before as I haven't blipped since I did it, I twisted it badly on Friday, but it is feeling a little (but not a lot) better today. The sunshine and progress on the Elie job definitely helps, at least in my head.

The rest of my day has been driving around picking up various random materials for the project and ordering lots of glass for the dodgy windows. Thankfully the new 'works van' is comfortable and doesn't add to my woes.

Anyway, this is probably another week that I wont be going to the gym. I will be putting up the xmas lights at the front of the house this week so that will be exercise enough.
