Lost its head

I think the courier who brought last night's fortnightly bouquet must have had some kind of mishap, delivery was at least an hour late and 4 of the flowers had snapped, this poor carnation lost its head ! It is a rather marvelous colour so I've rescued the head and put it in a tiny vase.
