Blipmeet

WEA literature class this morning. Spending too much time with Scarlet Pimpernel for me.

Friends Arclight and Alf arrived for lunch. We drove round to Cragside to look at the house but it was closed, so we judged it better not to bother paying £16 for the non-members, but instead to walk on the moor. We managed a blustery 4 miles. Here are Mr C and Alf disappearing into the shelter on the woods on our return.

Alf’s scones, pronounced excellent, were a very welcome treat on our return.
