Lunch break

It's been a drizzly, wind-buffeting day - all day.  Walked Murray in rain. Now its pouring at quarter to 6. 

Had a lunch date with former colleague postponed until half term, so felt at a loose end. Walked into town - part of getting more exercise regime - to shop and buy copy of  Lampedusa's The Leopard. A potential read for book group.

Couldn't resist main blip. And extra a herald of spring, much needed on a day like today.

Even managed to get some drawing in. 
Still got book group at 8pm to look forward to.

A day of mind, body and spirit.
