Boosters

Reggie has been for his boosters today, so it was a gentle walk along the canal after the visit to the vets. He is now asleep by my feet!

I had a wonderful full body massage in Saltaire this morning - feel much better for it!

Just cooking tea now and then off to band rehearsal. Still feel spaced out from the massage so think it will be a tough one tonight
