We’re all glad to see the end of this week. Mr J’s dad was rushed to hospital on Monday night with pneumonia and sepsis, he’s slowly recovering. H is still not well enough for full time school. Her home school tutor started this week, but her school only allowed her to have 2 hours even though she’d been allocated 4 hours of tuition, he was surprised by their lack of support. School have then complained that if she’s well enough for her tutor she should be well enough for school, I just about managed to keep my cool.

Clearing out the shed with Mr J, I feel like I’ve thrown most of the children’s childhood away this afternoon. The lad said it’s hard not to get sentimental and keep too many things.
