Outstanding street art.

Just as I was posting this, I thought I should look it up, because you can find anything online these days. So this is "Fight Club" by Conor Harrington, it's based on Massacre of the Innocents, by Charles Le Brun, which hangs in Dulwich Picture Gallery. It's large and very powerful art, when seen in context.
