Crocus tricolour.

The sun was helpful today .By lunchtime , there was sufficient warmth to open the crocuses on my balcony . Originally there were seven corms (last year ) so they have done well to produce this little crop . They look attractive even when the flowers are closed,as the purple petals have an orange base .
