Ride Out

First job this morning was fitting a new toilet seat for my Mum and Dad.Living the dream.
This afternoon removed the blanket from the Moto Guzzi for a ride out.Stopped at a couple of churches and the problem with owning a Guzzi is that people want to talk to you about it.Made my way towards Burscough stopping at the Old Barn for a coffee.Followed the back roads to Southport.
Called in to see very old friends Garry and Janet and we had a long catch up.Took the coast road home which is like a rollercoaster and a lot of fun in the dark.Cold, wet and dark ride home.Some bikes are not great in the dark and some bikes are skittish to ride but the Guzzi is like an old friend and you feel that she will always get you home safely.

A mainly sunny and fairly mild day.Showers and windy this evening.
