Fence surrounding reactor shielding dump

Shortly before taking this we were apprehended by people claiming to be security guards (they would not show us ID) who confiscated the SD card from my camera and stamped on it. I took this with my phone while they weren't looking. It will be the last of this trip: I hope to return to undertake further explorations in a month or so.
