Australian Wood Ducks

Mum, dad and the kids going for an afternoon stroll. However as soon as I spotted them and tried to get a photo they took off and headed for the water as fast as their little legs could carry them, which suprisingly was pretty fast! I had trouble getting close enough to get a photo and this was the best I could do. If you go large you can see that the female on the left has different colouring to the male. Now that I know they are about I will try and find their little hideout and get closer.
