Old Railway Bridge

This morning down to the Art Group in Church House.  We had birthday cake as it was one the birthday of one of the members. Lovely chocolate cake.
Had  some of the Butternut Squash soup made yesterday for lunch. 
Visit to the Garden Centre to get compost.  Met up with a friend on her way out and had a quick chat to two others who had been in for coffee.
Back home to make calls to hospital regarding a cousin who had fallen and broken her hip.  Unfortunately in North Staffs hospital some 100+ miles away. 
Went for a quick walk around the lane at the back of my house and took pics of the old railway bridge and the lane through at the back.  This railway had been closed for many many years and had it not been built upon could have been part of the Great North Trail.
