Unique Table

Today I went with my friend and neighbor to see the house she has bought and is having renovated. It's next to (was part of) a large building and grounds that used to be a calera, or a place where they mined and processed cal. (I think this is calcium carbonate) It has been turned into a place to hold events such as art openings, weddings, etc. and there are also Air B & B spaces. Much of the machinery is still there and makes for an interesting and historical space. This glass topped table is made of gears from some machinery. The wall on the extra is made of molds which were used for making ice blocks.
