Naughty or Nice

I’ve always found this single seat rather strange. It’s on the Medway Kent Universities campus in Chatham and I can’t help hoping it gets used as a reverse ‘naughty step’...
The Nice Step: the top performing student gets sent to sit under the “No 1” for a quick time out to reflect on their fabulousness...
