Wandsworth Common: Feathers and Foliage

More bronzen and verdant in large.
Extras: Cootian knot, Coot Pilates, Coot shake

I think the various coots preening, scratching, and shaking were my favourites pictures today, but I couldn't choose between all those shots... I spent a long time watching a pair of Canada geese splashing, preening, and flapping, so this seemed more representative of my time on the common. I also caught a glimpse of a couple of mandarin ducks (hiding on the island); I haven't seen them on Wandsworth Common before.

It was much milder, so I could spend some time there without worrying so much about deteriorating fingers and toes...
