Off work today to look after a sickly small child. She's watched some tele, I've caught up with some jobs, it's been alright. I opened my front room window just a bit ago and looked out over the park. Trees and a cloud-filled sky. It didn't look exactly like this, there's been a bit of jiggery-pokery obviously.

Talking of sky...

There's a vampire film I saw way back called Nadja that's a hip black and white New York-set arthouse piece starring Elina Lowensohn (you might know her from all those old 90s Hal Hartley films) and it comes with a very cool soundtrack.

There's one terrific bit in the movie where she says something like "I have walked behind the sky" and then this song comes crashing in. Really loud.
