Nut Oil Crop?

I walked the dogs early while Mrs A S had a brief lay-in then it was of to Leeds to visit the outlaws!
After lunch at MIL"s it was off to visit FIL at the home. In the carpark for the first time I noticed the Palms had fruit ? on them! Looks like they are past their best for making oil lol.
Back home and a quick service of the dogs and cat (Athos is 9 10ths sound and pretty happy with life to date) a change and off out. Had a very splendid evening with friends A and L  partaking of food and drink in one of Pocks hostelries!
