Bracklesham Bay

It's been a long time since I've been out on my bike what with getting appendicitis, Menieres disease and then some wintery weather, my poor bike has been a bit neglected.

Today however was cold but bright with not much wind so we thought it would be a good time to see if the dizziness has finally gone. It was a really lovely cycle ride.

The water must have been freezing but there were plenty of people in the water doing a bit of surfing. This man shouted to his friend that he just didn't want to get out!
