Formby Shore

I've visited Formby beach many many times but never seen where the prehistoric footprints are located.

Today the tide had revealed the ancient silt and the dips and hollows in that silt today were footprint sized, but to my uneducated eye not definitely footprints.

It was fascinating though. They were discovered many years ago by my German teacher from school, Mr Roberts.
