Flower Friday . . . Turning Japanese

This summer is moving towards being the worst drought we have ever had.  The water restrictions being put in place are affecting vegetable growers with their yields being down.  The apple harvest will also be affected and I believe hops need a lot of water.  Today was again sunny and windy and there is no rain in the forecast.  This Japanese Anemone isn't it's usual size because it only gets watered occasionally.  Thankfully gin is served with tonic not water.
Happy weekend to everyone.
