Be still my beating heart

This stall was just setting up in Stratford shopping centre on my way to work. I wondered if they would all get sold today? Lots of our friends are now at an age where they see valentines as a massive con and very commercialised and some don’t even exchange cards.
We however, are still madly in love after 12yrs together, and nearly 2yrs married and a little valentines silliness is fun. That said, I do remember the anxiety of being at school on Valentine’s Day and all the pressure to receive a card.
