Shoddy workmanship

Recently a Councillor was doing his rounds and was on local TV walking along the street.
I missed seeing him so sent an email complaining about the broken flagstones (which he had walked over) 

he replied then I had another reply last week informing me that all repairs had been completed ! WHAT ??
I've just been out to take a photo of the fantastic workmanship and sent it to him.

Not very clear but they hopefully will get the message that the pavement is still dangerous.
the whole street is like this.
The useless Mayor should give up her large salary to go towards needy projects.;(
