Another sunny day in the south

Yesterday I heard the chain of my bike crack and I realized that I have not looked at it anymore because of the cold. A thorough cleaning was needed. Then I noticed a wobble in the front wheel. I asked Bert for instructions and he gave me our bicycle repair booklet. After a while with the spoke wrench, it turned out that I was making it worse, while the instructions in the booklet are accompanied by pictures. I needed Bert to do it for me.

This afternoon we made a bike trip where we did not have to climb hills. We climbed, but it was at such a long distance that it did not require much strength. I don't mind climbing hills, but not every time.
