Paddington cake!

I read a recent article in the Guardian about marmalade puddings. I was tempted to use up some of the plentiful marmalade stock by making the Nigella Lawson baked sponge version. Despite me noticing I had forgotten to put in one of the eggs, it still turned out very well. Dorsetb, I need more practice.
