Plane tree

A reasonable day again.
Pepper felt like a walk, and she managed to go right around the block! I am so pleased and relieved, every day she seems a little more like herself.
I did another stint of digging the border and it’s beginning to look quite reasonable, though I am sure there’s plenty more weeds down there when I turn my back!
This Plane tree was planted when we moved here around 26 years ago, and it’s becoming a good size and finally decided to start shedding bark in the typical way, and looking more interesting.
