On the flat

Stew cooked yesterday, pud made early this morning giving me plenty of time for a longish run with friends before my in laws came over for lunch. The weather wasn't quite as lovely as the forecast but it was mild and bright. The canal was a nice break from all the ups and downs.

Refueled on a big lunch, then another trip along the canal, walking this time.
