Sunflowers for Jonathan

We went to Salts Mill for lunch today, I love this "get well" painting by David Hockney painted in 1995 for his friend Jonathan Silver whose inspiration the Salts Mill Gallery was. Sadly Jonathan died 2 years later, so sad that he didn't live to see what a success the mill has become.
