Another day, another afternoon out

Quiet morning of little chores such as emptying the dishwasher and straightening up the dining room before heading into town to meet my brother and his partner who were down from Inverness for the afternoon.

As it was a bit wet and windy we didn’t venture far from the station but the place we picked had lovely food and a great atmosphere with the added bonus of a gospel choir to entertain us.

Felt a bit chilled so had a lovely bath and was pottering around getting ready to watch Call the midwife when I realised I hadn’t taken any photos. So the blip is a bit of an emergency shot of the two sacks of old paperwork I've filled so far in the search for the as yet still elusive deeds to the house!
