Another hot day

Very hot again and went to movies to see the Green Book.  So hard to imagine that could have happened as recently as the 1960's.  Walked to movies and passed all this rubbish on side of road.  This time of year there is a big turn over of uni students in flats, our council won't collect black plastic bags of rubbish.  Smelt like it had been there awhile. Turning into a grumpy old lady but took photo and sent to council.
