Views From the Train

Another day, another scan for Mr P, so we caught the train into Leeds.
Took a few photographs from the train and was pleased to pass the Abbey at Kirkstall while the trees are still bare.
Used to live minutes away from here and l can’t count the times l’ve pushed a pram around the Abbey grounds.
All done by 11:30 so we went to get some breakfast as Mr P had not eaten beforehand.
Then as we were in Leeds we went to the cinema, not much on for our taste but we settled on Instant Family for a bit of light relief.
Brought back memories for Mr P as he is a former senior social worker who at one time was heavily involved in adoption and fostering, he used to come home with some very harrowing tales but sometimes the outcome was happy and we were invited to Christenings and naming ceremonies.
