A Plum of a Tree

We have several blooming Flatwood Plums in our yard. They are a somewhat small (30' or so) native tree with very showy blossoms, displaying at this time of the year. The flowers will drop quickly so I'm happy to have gotten some photos of them at their peak. The developing fruit will drop all over our walkways and I'll be cursing them later on, but right now...They're Beautiful!
