Mum is badly missing being able to get outside and enjoy the garden. Even with her wheeled walker, and somebody to accompany her, it's too uneven underfoot and very uncomfortable for her, so I'm taking as many photos as I can of the spring flowers, odd little corners and particular shrubs and plants that she's been asking about, any feathered denizens of the hedges and feeders - and the insects when they come back - and I'll get a little photobook made up for her every time I come and visit so that she can see it through the seasons.

Tomorrow we're going to the garden centre for her to get some fresh air and exercise. At least it's paved and flat and there's a nice café.
