I was in Waterstones today asking for a specific book. Nope, their system couldn't find it. I found it on my phone and showed them. Ah, they'd typed Mc... instead of Mac... 

Their database was this bad several years ago when my daughter used to work for them (I don't think I'm supposed to say this but she used to search Amazon for information about books - though obviously not about their stock). I'm staggered that they still haven't improved it.
