A leaf with a story

Don't know what it is.

Unfortunately leaves don't talk in a language humans understand, so there is no way to know, what caused the "burn" on this new leaf.

NOTE :  When the leaf uncurled, the blemish showed up, across the frond.  It reminded me of the paper dolls, I cut out as a child.
