Building in Progress

We ate dinner tonight in the restaurant across the street from this building. Over the last several months we have been "monitoring" the progress of the build. Today the wind was alternating billowing the plastic covering out and sucking it in to pull it tight onto all the cross bracing. The patterns caught my eye.
