Scotland's role in the slave trade

Hearing from Cllr Graham Campbell at our monthly SNP Leith branch meeting about Scotland's substantial and shameful role in the slave trade. Something (else) we're not taught about in school. Great session - informative and thought-provoking. Slave traders' names honoured all across the country without explanation and we all benefitted. We really could do with a museum about this. And we need to think about how we atone.
