.....look for a picture today as nothing presented itself.  Found this skeletal leaf and managed to get a reasonably clear shot of it on my cardigan sleeve!  They're amazing structures really.

Thank you for all your good wishes over my fraught couple of days!  It will get better, I'm sure, but not immediately!!
