Bronze Wing

These native pigeons are notoriously shy - but so very attractive.  Not like those flying rats, the feral pigeons, which are universally loathed.

The wing colours vary dramatically depending on how the light catches them.

My turn in the garden for watering duties.  And one of us will there every day this week.  The temperature will be 37 Degrees C (or over) for the next 7 days.

Keeping a garden alive this summer has been a real challenge.
