Cold all day. Managed to rise early, and had a good swim before work. Felt great all day after that. Most surprising for a Monday. A few aches and pains after yesterday's stumbling about the Munlochy Bay area for a walk. A back-Blip will be added (much) later for that, when the film's finished.
