Hi Boss,

HERE IS A REPORT FROM ADC LAST YEAR REVEW MEETING UNDER TRADITIONAL AUTHORITY MTWALO IN MZIMBA NORTH DISTRICT.
 
It was a big and great meeting at Kaweche hall where big NGOs and small NGOs , TVM, Civil servants, MP's, Counselors , Senior Chiefs and all the Area Development Committee were there to attend the meeting .
There were many things happened but to stand on the main points on our behalf people were very happy and interested on what we are doing is very important to Malawi and they said if the people want to develop their area then WFZ is the answer , firstly  ; safe water, forestry, Education, farming and e.t.c and the manager of the forest under ADC Mtwalo asked us that if possible we should work with them so that the trees on each area should be replaced because Chikangawa Forest now is just a story of forest trees so after saying that we told them that we are delivering tubes, seeds and training them also doing follow-ups they were wondering and said WFZ indeed is a small organization but it's an AMAZING organization.
 
The MBC/TVM also were  interested with what we are doing  and said they will advertise our programs on TVM news so that if somebody wants seedlings he or she is welcome to WFZ and buy many ( no more crying about safe water, forestry, food and girl child Education ).
At the end of the meeting there were some who knows us already and we gave them some seedlings they were inviting their friends to join us and see what we are doing while others were promising and get the contacts.
As we planned to give the pine seedlings to the committee for free but the way how people were  interested all has taken some even the T/A himself took some and lucky enough the women challenged the men because there were many women than men and at the end the woman stand openly to all gentlemen and introduce herself on Forestry, she is a Director of all Mzimba north under T/A. Mtwalo which is  very wonderful and amazing.
We were also given a chance to speak on behalf of the organisation and Harisen did so. it was very nice and well understood to everybody. At the end they assured us that since now you are known you can work everywhere in Malawi with everyone needy introduce yourself as much as you can.
Boss, thanks very much  for enabling us to go and attend the meeting. We have learnt a lot.
