Blue Scilla Siberica

Only a few birds around this morning  -  probably wondering why I'm being so mean and not putting any feed out for them.  No sign of the ill Sparrow.  Plenty of midgies though  -  biting insects are supposed to be the main carriers of the avian pox virus, so probably midgies are the main carriers of the virus in Scotland. Actually did some weeding this morning  -  it was warm enough to go out without a thick jacket!  My Scilla is beginning to spread throughout the gravel  -  always a welcome sight.  Here's one that is thriving  -  not doubt its mates will be blipped in the next few weeks☺
